This course provides the info on important blocks of diet that a person has to know .(basics components,micro and macronutrient, types of cooking methods, effect of cooking on nutrients ,prevention of nutrient losses during cooking , lifestyle diseases , preparationof different diets , diet therapy, diet modifications and dietary principle for few most common diseases , dietary allowances , adjuncts to diet therapy, role of exercise in health etc ;
