This is a class for basic fitness which anyone (people of any age, gender) can attend. In this class, we'll just go to do the basic asanas which can be added to your daily practice for good health, and a little introduction about yoga so that you can understand yourself and your yogic journey in a better way.
For this class, make sure you have the things mentioned below.
- A good yoga mat,
- A water bottle
- A small hand towel
Before start practicing, Please make sure that...
- No kind of severe injury/ health issue you have at that time.
- The place is free of obstructions where you are going to practice.
- Keep your camera on, throughout the session. So that the tutor can assist you properly and avoid the chances of any kind of injuries.
Note: If you are not doing any physical activity/workout before this session, you may feel some stiffness/tightness in your body during the practice which is very normal, don't worry about that😊. With this note, I'm inviting you all to attend this session and try to connect with your own body.
