- This course is designed for BA English students who want to develop a deeper understanding of literary texts and improve their ability to analyze literature for university examinations and assignments.
- The main aim of this course is to help students understand prose, poetry, and drama more clearly by focusing on themes, literary techniques, and critical interpretation rather than memorizing summaries.
- Students will explore important literary elements such as theme, symbolism, characterization, and narrative style. The course will also introduce basic literary criticism to help students interpret texts more effectively.
- Classes include guided text analysis, discussion-based learning, and explanation of important concepts in literature.
- By the end of the eight-week course, students will gain better analytical skills, improved academic writing ability, and greater confidence in understanding and discussing literary works and also helps to clear SET/NET examination.
