This class is for IT professionals, computer science students, and career switchers who want to gain practical, job-ready AWS cloud skills. Whether you are targeting the AWS Solutions Architect certification, preparing for a cloud role, or simply want to understand how modern infrastructure works — this course is built for you.
Students will learn to work hands-on with core AWS services: EC2 (virtual servers), S3 (storage), VPC (networking), IAM (access management), RDS (databases), Route 53 (DNS), CloudFront (CDN), Auto Scaling, and Elastic Load Balancing. Every service is taught with real lab exercises on an actual AWS account — not just slides.
Security is built into every module. Students will learn to configure IAM roles and policies, security groups, NACLs, and encryption — because real-world cloud work requires secure architecture from day one.
By the end of the course, students will have set up a complete, scalable, and secure cloud environment from scratch — the kind of hands-on experience that stands out in interviews and on a resume.
Students need a laptop with internet access and a free AWS account (I will guide creation in the first session). I hold the AWS Solutions Architect certification (MicroDegree, 2025) and bring real internship experience deploying production-grade AWS infrastructure. Prior knowledge of basic networking or any programming language is helpful but not mandatory.
