AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) is an intermediate-level certification preparation course designed for IT professionals who want to learn how to design secure, resilient, high-performing, and cost-optimized cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services. The course builds practical knowledge of AWS services and teaches learners how to make appropriate architecture decisions based on business requirements, technical constraints, availability needs, security standards, performance expectations, and budget considerations.
Participants explore AWS global infrastructure, including Regions, Availability Zones, and edge locations, along with core services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon VPC, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, Route 53, AWS Lambda, Amazon CloudFront, IAM, AWS KMS, CloudWatch, and AWS backup and disaster-recovery services. The course also covers networking, identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, storage selection, database selection, scalability, fault tolerance, and cost-management strategies.
Through architecture scenarios, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, learners practice selecting the right AWS services for real business workloads. The training is aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and prepares participants to design solutions that meet current requirements while supporting future growth. The SAA-C03 exam evaluates secure architecture design, resilient architecture design, high-performing architecture design, and cost-optimized architecture design. AWS recommends about one year of hands-on experience designing AWS-based cloud solutions before taking the exam
