This course is designed to provide hands-on expertise in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java, TestNG, and Cucumber frameworks. Students will begin with Java basics required for automation, followed by Selenium WebDriver concepts such as locators, waits, handling alerts, windows, and frames.
They will learn TestNG for structured test execution, grouping, parameterization, parallel testing, and reporting. The course also covers Cucumber (BDD) with Gherkin to design behavior-driven test cases that improve collaboration between testers and developers. Additionally, students will work on Page Object Model (POM), data-driven frameworks, and learn to integrate automation with Maven, Git, and Jenkins for CI/CD. Practical sessions include writing test cases, executing scripts, generating reports, and working on real-time scenarios.By the end, students will be able to build robust automation frameworks, perform end-to-end testing, and confidently contribute to industry projects.
