AUM is the first sound or Pranava that if chanted in Rhythm, helps heal you at cell level.
BHA - RA - THA : Every sound, every thought and every action can be associated with three fundamental aspects - Bhava , Raaga and Thala.
Bhava ( expressing or expression ) comes out of thought/sound, Raaga is tune of the Bhava , which results in the Rhythm, Thala.
AUM/AMEN/ALLAH is the most simplistic yet most effective way of capitalising on the above three aspects when chanted mentally or verbally with proper breathing to assist the process to sync body and mind.
This also greatly helps to relax your mind and body and can facilitate with a pleasant experience with meditation as a part of practice.
Many yogis or practioners follow Only this single process as their regular practice as it works at all three levels of body and mind.
Steps that will be covered :
1. Three maha kriya cycles to bring flexibility to body, especially hip.
2. Breathing technique to regulate air intake.
3. Proper and comfortable seating position.
4. Focusing without straining eyes and then moving your concentration slowly to each energy points.
