Arithmetic Progression

This class is for 10th std students those who are studing in Karnataka state board. Arithmetic progression is a first lesson in mathematics. 

1. After the class student will be able to learn meaning of arithmetic progression. And the characteristics. 
2. Series of arithmetic progression a+d, a+2d, a+3d, a+4d ...
3. Meaning of every terms like a--first term, d- common difference and so on..
4. List of formulas which comes under arithmetic progression 

• The series is  a+d, a+2d, a+3d, a+4d...
• To find out number of terms, nth term an=a+(n-1)d .. Here using this formula we can find out nth term an, first term a, common difference d and number of terms n. 
• Sum of given terms               Sn=n/2[2a+(n-1)d] . Here using this formula we can find out sum of the given terms Sn, number of terms n , first term a and the common difference d. 
• Able to solve  statement Problems. How to apply formulas in application level.
