Ever wondered how ChatGPT writes an essay in seconds or how Netflix always seems to know what you want to watch next? That's AI at work and by the end of this class, you'll understand exactly how it works and even build something like it yourself.
This class is for anyone curious about Artificial Intelligence - complete beginners with zero tech background, students exploring a career in AI, and working professionals looking to upskill or switch fields. No prior coding experience is required to join; the class is built to meet you exactly where you are.
Students can choose between two learning paths. The first is a concepts-and-tools track, where you'll learn what AI/ML actually means in plain language, how tools like ChatGPT and Gemini work behind the scenes, and how to use AI effectively in daily work and study. The second is a hands-on coding track, where you'll learn Python fundamentals, work with real data using Pandas and NumPy, and build your first machine learning model ,finishing with a small project of your own.
As a real example of what's possible: I recently built an AI system that helps an entire city manage traffic and emergency response in real time — it won Google Cloud's Agentic AI Day 2025, beating 57,000+ participants. As an AI Engineer, I bring that same real, project-based experience into every session, from computer vision to multi-agent AI systems, rather than just theory.
Students don't need to bring anything except a laptop and curiosity; for the coding track, a free Python setup (or Google Colab, which needs no installation) is enough. Sessions are fully online, interactive, and paced to the student's comfort level.
