Accountancy || Partnership (Dissolution) || Class 12

This class will be of Accountancy. There are 4 topics in 1st book Dk goel, i) Fundamental, ii) Admission of a Partner, iii) Retirement and Death of a Partner, iv) Dissolution of Firm. 

The name of the topic going to be discussed in this session will be Dissolution of Firm of class 12.

Will let you know about the treatment of reserves, accumulated profits , etc.

What we'll study in this session :-

1) Three types of accounts -

     i) Realisation account

     ii) Partner's Capital account 

     iii) Cash/ Bank account

    *About two more accounts

     iv) loan to partner account

     v) loan from partner account

2) Treatment of reserves, accumulated profits, goodwill, partner's loan, outsiders loan.

This will be my first online class. If i'll be able to make you understand the concepts then you can take my course if not then its your choice. It will totally depend uopn you all. I'll try my hard to make you all understand the concepts.
