I have completed the K11 Academy personal trainer course and have been in the fitness industry for seven years. Over the years, I have worked in various fitness clubs and provided individual training. I have successfully trained more than 100 clients and have helped them achieve their desired fitness levels.
I have always been passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. My training expertise includes gym-free training, weight loss, and weight gain. The training sessions last for one hour and are conducted offline. I focus on practical training tailored to the client's fitness level and goals during the sessions. Every client is unique; therefore, their training program should also be unique. I work closely with each client to understand their fitness level and goals and design a program that suits their needs.
In addition to practical training, I provide nutritional guidance to my clients. Proper nutrition is just as important as exercise to achieve fitness goals. Therefore, I work with my clients to design a diet plan that complements their training program. My ultimate goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle. Fitness is not just about physical appearance but also mental and emotional well-being. Therefore, I focus on providing a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses all aspects of well-being.
