Hailing from Armed forces, I consider myself to be fortunate to furnish my accomplishments and involvement of 31 years and 6 months with Indian Army.
A mission and organization oriented individual. The facets of HR, Training ,Strategic Planning ,Management, Value Judgment ,Compassion, General Administration, Security and Logistics have been part and parcel of my great journey with Indian Army over three decades .
Served the organization with Professionalism, Impeccable loyalty, Integrity, Humanity and Courage of Conviction. The experience gained and ground knowledge acquired over 31 years of service has added value to the knowledge base in virtually all fields of life.The last seven years on deputation with National Cadets Corps provided me an excellent opportunity to work closely with thousands of students, and number of schools and colleges across the country. I was responsible to develop leadership, confidence building ,motivation ,goal setting ,time and stress management ,inner resource management , character,discipline, comradeship , communication skills and secular outlook of these cadets and shaping them into a better citizen through personality development and personal grooming. I wish to continue this association and shall be more than willing to contribute towards overall development of the students.
