I’m Tanya Shekhar, a certified counsellor, life coach, and military veteran dedicated to helping individuals build emotional resilience, confidence, and clarity through life’s challenges.
Having served in the Indian Armed Forces, I have experienced firsthand the demands of a disciplined, high-responsibility environment and understand the challenges of balancing professional commitments with personal and family life. My journey as a military veteran has strengthened my resilience, empathy, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that now shape my counselling practice.
In addition to my military service, I have worked in corporate leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Relations, supporting individuals through workplace challenges, career transitions, conflict resolution, employee well-being, and professional development. This unique combination of military discipline, corporate experience, and counselling expertise enables me to connect with students, professionals, parents, and families from diverse backgrounds.
