I teach Written and Spoken English (along with the school syllabus, if needed). You may contact me especially for improving your GRAMMAR SKILLS which forms the basis of SPEAKING and WRITING good English. I have been mostly teaching school students. FUN is the keyword to my style of teaching!

I have over 10 years of English teaching experience. I have a bachelors degree in English Honours along with TESOL Canada certification. I use both traditional and modern techniques of teaching. I try to make use of my other creative skills and interests to make my lessons interesting and different from the conventional ways of teaching. I seldom scold my students. Rather, I try to build their interest and self confidence to make them self motivated.

I focus a lot on teaching TENSES to my students. If a student is able to learn the use of Tenses correctly, half the battle is already won. Rest of the grammar becomes easy to build upon the backbone of Tenses, be it Reported Speech, Active and Passive Voice, etc.

I make extensive use of puppets, props, musical instruments, art and craft activities, YouTube videos, e-books, material downloaded from the internet, and dictionaries in addition to my self developed notes and worksheets.
