Hence this will not be magical square.
Now for the second square-
Sum of columns

Sum if rows
1=-9

Sum of diagonals
Right to left= -9
Left to right=-9
Hence in this square sum of all rows ,columns and diagonals are all equal therefore this is magical square.

Rita moves from point A to B=20km
Now from B she moves to west =30 km
Now distance towards east is in + integer= +20 km
And distance in west is represented in negative then =-30 km
So the distance travelled by rita is shown as =(+20-30)km
So the distance of reeta from A = +20-30=-10km
That is 10 km towards west.
