Identity
I come from a family which is musically very rich. I have been learning Tabla since past 17 years from my Guru Sh. Shambhu Nath Roy and have completed Visharad in Tabla (first division with distinction) from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and was placed All India University Second Ranker and awarded the Dada Pandey Award in Mumbai. I am also learning sitar from my father Sh. Bidyut Goswami and world renowned sitarist Guruji Pt. Kushal Das since past 15 years. I have performed across various states of India at many prestigious Youth Festivals and Music Festivals. I am also a Scholarship Holder from CCRT, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.
I have been teaching Tabla and Sitar to students since past 6-7 years.
