I teach Psychology to BA students and have 5 years of teaching experience. My aim is to help students develop a clear and in-depth understanding of psychological concepts while preparing them effectively for their academic requirements. Psychology covers a wide range of theories, perspectives, and applications, and I focus on making these topics easier to understand through structured explanations, discussions, and practical examples.

I have completed a PhD in Psychology, along with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My advanced academic background has given me extensive knowledge of psychological theories, research, counselling, and different areas of the subject. I combine this academic expertise with my teaching experience to provide students with detailed explanations and meaningful academic guidance.

Along with teaching, I am also a practicing psychologist. My experience in Psychology allows me to bring both academic and practical perspectives into my classes. I have experience teaching and guiding students in areas such as General Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Positive Psychology, Indian Psychology, and Developmental Psychology. This broad exposure helps me explain concepts not only from a theoretical perspective but also in terms of their practical relevance.

My teaching methodology is structured and student-focused. I prepare lesson plans according to the student's course requirements and organize topics systematically so that students can develop their understanding step by step. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to explain theories, models, important concepts, and relationships between different topics. I also encourage students to participate actively through questions and discussions during the classes.

One of my key strengths is simplifying complex psychological concepts. I understand that theories and terminology can sometimes appear difficult when students encounter them for the first time. I therefore break complicated topics into smaller, understandable sections and use practical examples wherever appropriate. This helps students connect theoretical ideas with everyday situations and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

I also focus on helping students improve their academic preparation and answer-writing skills. I guide them in identifying important concepts, understanding theories properly, organizing their answers, and using appropriate psychological terminology. Regular discussions, revision, and concept-based practice help students strengthen their knowledge and become more confident when approaching examinations and academic assignments.

I offer both online and offline classes and personalize my teaching according to the student's academic level, syllabus, learning pace, and goals. Whether a student needs help with General Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Positive Psychology, Indian Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or other areas of their BA Psychology curriculum, I provide structured and detailed guidance. My goal is to help students develop a strong conceptual foundation, understand Psychology from both academic and practical perspectives, and approach their studies with greater confidence.
