I am a Management Post Graduate (2010) in Human Resources and a Training expert with Diploma in Training and development from ISTD (Indian Society of Training and Development). Along with professional trainings she I'd also received formal Teaching education (B.Ed.). Which enables me to blend Training and Teaching methodology for better development of my Trainees.

I believe in mentoring my students using cross interaction, problem solving exercises, case studies and encouraging them to correlate their theoretical knowledge with real world application.

With my wide range of experience of around 12 years in various fields like Corporate HR, Social Work, Adult education, Teacher, freelance Recruiter and data analyst. I can help students to understand subjects with real life examples.

I've got corporate exposure of 4 years in fields of interviews and selections, campus recruitments, walk-ins. which could help to build industry ready professionals. By providing my guidence in personal grooming, interview facing and negotiation techniques in line with Corporate talent needs.
