My name is Ragini Shukla, and I am a UI/UX Designer and educator with over 3 years of industry experience across EdTech, AI, SaaS, E-commerce, Travel, and Government technology projects. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RGPV University, Bhopal, with a CGPA of 8.1 and am currently pursuing a Master of Design (M.Des.) from UP Institute of Design (AKTU), Noida.

In addition to my professional work, I am passionate about mentoring and teaching students in design, technology, and creative problem-solving. I have worked on impactful projects under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), including the BHASHINI initiative, where I contributed to the design of multilingual digital products and user experiences. I have also completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and continue to explore emerging technologies, AI-assisted design, and user-centered innovation.

My teaching philosophy focuses on creating an engaging, supportive, and practical learning environment where students can build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. I believe in encouraging curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning to help students achieve both academic and professional success.
