I am a Fitness Trainer, i am also a fitness athlete participated in Sheru classic and some regional fitness competitions.
I have completed my CPT( certified personal trainer) course through ISSA along with Nutrition and CPR certification.
Right now I am studying for CSCS and hopefully will get it in coming 2 months.
My skills are … weight management , special population training, obese psychological treatment, competition preparations.
I am giving online classes, home PTs , In gym training’s
Nutrition classes for everyone including special populations.
Since I have suffered a lot due to lack of knowledge in this particular field so I decided to go for the higher studies in fitness, I had done my bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering from Amity University but my passion was always into fitness so I had decided to go for it.
There are trainers in Gyms who even don’t know the mechanism of body and they are spreading wrong knowledge in youth. Today parents are scared of gyms and they have the fear of trainers.
