Prashant Kumar Tiwari

I am a PhD Scholar in Life Sciences at Sharda University, India, with a deep interest in translational cancer research—particularly focusing on Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). My research leverages transcriptomic and bioinformatics approaches to identify novel biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, with a strong emphasis on chromosome segregation-associated genes.

With a GATE qualification (AIR 971, 2020) and an M.Sc. in Zoology, my academic journey reflects a consistent drive toward the convergence of wet lab techniques and computational biology. I have expertise in gene expression analysis, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations. I have presented and published extensively in international forums and journals, with over 13 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals including Frontiers in Pharmacology, Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences, and Cancers.

Additionally, I have served as a Teaching Assistant at Sharda University, contributing to courses in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, and Ecology. My future vision is to continue driving innovation in targeted cancer therapeutics, especially using natural compounds and in silico pipelines.
