I am a legal professional with an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from O.P. Jindal Global Law School and over six years of experience in legal practice. My professional work has involved commercial and corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, regulatory matters, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. I have worked extensively on legal research, drafting and analysis, and have advised clients on the practical application of legal principles to real-world situations.

My experience includes working as a Senior Associate at PDP Law Offices and previously as a Legal Associate at AF Partners, where I handled commercial agreements, contractual and regulatory matters, intellectual property issues, litigation and client advisory. I also have experience appearing in legal proceedings and working directly with clients and counsel.

I bring a practical, application-oriented approach to teaching law, with an emphasis on developing conceptual clarity, understanding case law and learning how to analyse and apply legal principles rather than relying on rote memorisation.

I have always enjoyed explaining legal concepts and discussing the reasoning behind laws and judgments. After several years of working in legal practice, I have developed a practical understanding of how legal principles are interpreted, researched and applied beyond the classroom. I would now like to bring that experience into teaching and help students develop a stronger understanding of law through practical examples, case analysis and discussion.

Teaching also gives me an opportunity to continue engaging with the academic side of law while helping students build the analytical and legal reasoning skills that are essential to studying and practising law.
