"The trainer in question actually had an argument with me because she didn’t have her own laptop to teach me with and I had to share my screen. She was actually rude to me the way she talked to me when I asked her what she would be teaching me in a “2 hour class” because she was out of content to teach in the first half n hour and was deciding on the go about what to teach and that’s when I asked her if she was actually following a certain format? I understand she was teaching the practical side of Salesforce but it didn’t seem enough. I would still request a replacement trainer or refund me the amount so I can continue the course with another party. It’s not on me that you paid that trainer in full. Thank you for your understanding."
