With a strong foundation in badminton coaching and player development, I bring years of hands-on experience mentoring athletes at both university and district levels. As a BWF Certified Level 1 Coach, I have successfully guided teams to competitive excellence, focusing on strategic planning, skill enhancement, and sportsmanship. I served as the Head Badminton Coach at Shoolini University (2018-2022), where I developed comprehensive training programs, monitored athlete performance, and led teams to numerous victories. My role involved structuring off-season training, optimizing team lineups, and mentoring players to reach their full potential. Additionally, I contributed to coaching development by training junior coaches and streamlining workflows. Since 2017, I have been an Honorary Junior Coach for the District Badminton Association in Solan. I have played a pivotal role in mentoring young athletes, many of whom have excelled in district championships. My coaching philosophy revolves around structured training, fostering discipline, and instilling confidence in players to perform under pressure. Beyond my coaching experience, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (final year) and have competed at prestigious tournaments, earning accolades such as the Yonex Sunrise Northzone Inter-State Championship Bronze Medal (U19 Mixed Doubles, 2017) and multiple state-level championship titles. With a blend of competitive experience, leadership, and a passion for athlete development, I am eager to bring my expertise to a dynamic coaching environment that values performance, growth, and teamwork.
