I am a trauma-informed Empowerment and Life Coach with 15+ years of professional experience, having worked with over 10,000+ individuals across personal, emotional, and professional transitions.

My background includes 15 years in the corporate world, where I worked in high-performance environments with senior stakeholders and global brands. This grounding allows me to understand ambition, pressure, leadership identity, and the invisible emotional patterns that often limit growth despite competence.

Over the last several years, I have specialised in working with women navigating emotional blocks, inherited family patterns, identity shifts, and up-leveling phases in life and career. My work integrates trauma-informed coaching, emotional regulation, intergenerational healing, inner child work, EFT, and applied psychological frameworks. I also use tools such as DNA astrology, numerology, and tarot as structured insight systems for awareness and decision-making, not prediction.

I work with women who are capable, driven, and sensitive, yet find themselves stuck in repeated emotional or behavioural loops. My coaching focuses on awareness, nervous system safety, and reorganisation of internal patterns so that growth becomes sustainable, grounded, and embodied.
