"Extremely unprofessional. He took advance payment for 10 classes and stopped responding to our calls and texts even after we waited for months trying to contact him. Even now he is not ready to take the responsibility to show up and repay us. "

I apologize for the poor experience. I had to stop the classes abruptly due to some unforeseen personal and medical issues which made it impossible for me to communicate or continue teaching. This was a difficult time, and I regret that I was unable to inform you promptly. Although, the entire syllabus for the course was completed and revised on time. My records show that only 3 classes were pending, for which an amount of ₹1500 (@ ₹500 per class) is due. I take full responsibility for this and am ready to refund this amount immediately. Please let me know your preferred mode of payment, and I will process it right away.
