Practice and speak in English as much as possible. Read News paper, learn new words daily. Whatever sentences you use daily, think those in English and then try to use them. Talk to people in English and learn from them as well. Watch movies with subtitle first and once you start understanding words then watch without subtitle.

To be very frank, you have got fear inside you of losing your reputation. You need to work on that fear first then only other improvements will provide results. Join meditation classes from an spiritual institution, they will teach you real meditation. Ofcourse you need to work on your vocabulary and practice your speeches before going public but try meditation first. It will work.
