I taught 40-50 students in each class.
If I talk about the improvement of students' performance, it totally depends on teaching techniques and students' engagement in our class. Then topic content should be clear and short and easy to understand. According to me, they should not give over work to students. Before ending the classes, we should ask about the topic or whatever content you had to deliver to the students. most important things, but not least student participation. Sometimes we should provide hands-on training or simulation-based training.
