Firstly, never bound yourself with time. E.g., If you want to study Binomial Theorem in Maths then always focus on the topic, not the time. Always analyse yourself how much you learn, not how much hours you study. Always do quality study.
Secondly, build interest in the subject by looking for videos related to your topic on youtube or other sites where educational content is available.
Thirdly, whenever you close the book after studying, always recall those topics you studied just now before going to another subject or other activities. When you apply this habit, your concentration will be more when you read other pages the next day.
Apply these three things, and hopefully, you will learn well.
Best of luck!
