During my academic journey, I have gained a strong foundation in psychology, which I am eager to share with students. Although I have not taught in a formal school setting yet, I have been actively involved in educational activities through various volunteer and freelance projects. Educational Content Creation: I have created and shared educational content for young learners, including video tutorials, workshops, and study guides on psychological concepts. This experience has allowed me to develop the ability to simplify complex topics and present them in an engaging and accessible manner. Peer Tutoring: During my time in college, I often helped my peers by explaining difficult psychology concepts, conducting group study sessions, and providing support during exams. This experience has enhanced my ability to explain intricate psychological topics clearly and patiently. Workshop Facilitation: As part of my volunteering work, I facilitated workshops on mental health awareness for high school and college students. This experience has helped me refine my public speaking and lesson planning skills while fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment. Designing Educational Material: I have also created visual aids, such as slides and thumbnails, for psychology-related topics, which have been used to explain concepts like cognitive development, emotional intelligence, and psychological disorders. These materials have helped students better understand and retain the material. These experiences have given me a solid understanding of how to make psychological content engaging and accessible for students, and I am excited to bring my skills to the classroom.
