With 5+ years of teaching experience and mentoring 200+ students, I follow a practical and performance-oriented approach that helps aspirants improve their thinking, confidence, and overall personality. Having personally appeared in 15+ SSB Interviews, I have a strong understanding of how candidates are assessed across all stages — Screening, Psychology, GTO, and Personal Interview. This real experience allows me to guide students with clarity and accuracy. My teaching method is based on individual improvement, as every aspirant has different strengths and weaknesses. I provide structured guidance in all areas of SSB: 1. Screening (PPDT): I train students in picture observation, story writing within time limits, narration, and group discussion. The focus is on clarity, logical thinking, and confident expression. 2. Psychology Tests: I guide students in TAT, WAT, SRT, and Self Description. The emphasis is on natural responses, consistency, and clear thought process rather than memorized answers. 3. GTO Tasks: I help students understand group behaviour, leadership qualities, and task approach. Candidates learn how to participate effectively without dominating and how to contribute positively in group tasks. 4. Personal Interview: I prepare students for basic and advanced questions, improve self-awareness, and conduct mock interviews with detailed feedback to build confidence and communication skills. My core focus is on improving decision-making ability, communication, confidence, and real-time performance under pressure. I work closely with both freshers and repeaters, especially those facing challenges like screening out or lack of confidence. My objective is simple — to help aspirants become officer-like in real life, not just during SSB.
