Bhasker Sharma - Educationalist who passionately wants to make his students fall in love with maths

I am an experienced teacher and mentor with 23 years of teaching experience in Engineering Entrance Coaching, Engineering Diploma subjects, and Mathematics. My teaching experience includes working with engineering college students, school students, and entrance examination aspirants. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, improving problem-solving skills, and preparing students effectively for important examinations.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) as well as a Master of Engineering/Master of Technology (M.E./M.Tech.). My engineering background, combined with 23 years of teaching experience, has given me strong expertise in Mathematics, Engineering subjects, and entrance examination preparation.

I have 11 years of experience teaching engineering college students and 10 years of professional industry experience. I have also prepared students for Class 10 and Class 12 Board Examinations and IIT-JEE Mathematics. My experience across both academic and professional environments helps me connect theoretical concepts with practical applications.

I have taught at various coaching institutes and Gurukuls, where I worked with students from different academic backgrounds. These experiences helped me understand the challenges students face while preparing for examinations and strengthened my ability to explain difficult concepts systematically. I now want to continue this journey by mentoring students under my own name and providing them with personalised academic guidance.

I have completed Dale Carnegie certification and a Wipro-certified Teacher Training Programme. I also secured 100/100 in Mathematics in Class 10 and have actively participated in sports. These experiences have contributed to my understanding of discipline, consistency, communication, and focused preparation.

My teaching approach is structured and student-focused. I prepare clear lesson plans and explain concepts thoroughly before moving to problem-solving and practice. My classes are interactive and I encourage students to ask questions, clarify doubts, and actively work through problems. I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support my explanations and make complex concepts easier to follow.

My goal is to provide focused and personalised guidance that helps students strengthen their fundamentals, develop problem-solving abilities, and prepare confidently for academic and entrance examinations. With 23 years of teaching experience, industry exposure, and extensive experience in Mathematics and Engineering education, I aim to help each student progress according to their individual needs and goals.
