"I started taking his classes via this platform then he insisted for private coaching as I was forcing issues in logging on via urban pro ,later he asked me to discontinue via urban pro so that he can directly start .We started but now just few days prior to my exams he discontinued and now joining another platform byjus. I am really helpless as a parent and I request all not to encourage such unprofessional and greedy guys to play with our little ones. He is rather messaging me and threatening me for wrong stuff. Urbanpro should not allow such people. Please guide what to do as my kids exams are on head. "
