I am writing to express my interest in the Nursing Faculty position at your esteemed institution. I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) graduate with a strong combination of clinical and teaching experience.
I have accumulated 7 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Singapore, where I gained extensive exposure to patient care, clinical procedures, multidisciplinary teamwork, and evidence-based nursing practices. This experience has strengthened my clinical competence, communication skills, and ability to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
In addition, I have 2 years of teaching experience with B.Sc. Nursing students, where I have been involved in classroom instruction, student mentoring, clinical supervision, lesson planning, and assessment. Currently, I am working as a Teaching Faculty at SRV Group, specializing in Home Care Nursing. In this role, I develop and deliver educational programs, prepare teaching materials, conduct practical training sessions, and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-life healthcare situations.
I have BLS and ACLS trained certificates valid till 2028
My combined experience in clinical nursing and nursing education has enabled me to effectively bridge theory and practice, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, professional development, and compassionate patient care.
