According to NATA official brochure, there is no age restriction in the eligibility criterion for NATA. But for entering a B.Arch or B.Dez program each college might have their own eligibility criteria. http://www.nata.in/2014/docs/nata_brochure_201...

Why do drawing pencils not have erasers?
Either way, drawing pencils tend to lack erasers because the expectation is not that artists never erase, but rather when they do erase, artists want control, comfort, and the utmost safety for their medium (be it paper, canvas, or anything else).
