I am certified in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM). I hold a degree in Engineering and specialize in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Asset Management.
