He is vastly qualified, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Sciences, and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing Management. He holds a Master Diploma in Training from Indo Russian Academy of Training & Development (IRATD). He is also a certified Lead Auditor under QMS systems. He has attended several Continuing Education programs in institutions such as Administrative Staff College of India - Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, and KPMG.

Subramaniam has more than three decades of experience coaching, leading and motivating large teams His skills in training and mentoring have benefited many peers and sub-ordinates, in organizations in India and abroad.
