My background is in operations and client support. I have around 1.5 years of experience as an Operations Executive at Startek, where I handled order management for both national and international clients, especially for telecom services like MPLS, NPLC, and ILL. My role involved verifying client documents, coordinating with account managers and billing teams, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing. I’ve developed strong skills in managing high workloads efficiently and maintaining communication across teams to resolve issues and streamline operations. Alongside that, I’ve completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master of Vocation in Software Development, which gave me additional knowledge of structured processes and discipline in technical environments. Overall, I’m looking for a role where I can continue to use my organizational and coordination skills in a dynamic, process-driven setting.
