I am retd COLONEL of indian army .I am certified personality assessor for defence forces after having served Army for 36 years established SSB coaching institution in July 2017 at Haldwani. A trained GTO from Defense Institute Of Psychological Research (DIPR)and subsequently by 34 SSB Allahabad he was posted as GTO at 17 SSB , Bangalore.
The officer has following credentials with him regarding selection system:-
• During his GTO tenure he was also instructor GTO at 17 SSB and trained many officers in GTOing
• Assisted at HQ DG NCC new Delhi in conceptualizing NCC SSB trg for cdts
• Established entire SSB selection system at OTA Kamptee single handedly and ran many all India courses
• Appeared as regular instructor at OTA Gwalior
• Trained RIM C cdts for SSB
• Trained Military school Dholpur, Ajmer
• Trained Sainik School students
• Trained Soldiers at Martha LI Belgaum, HQ 9 INF Div, 6 Mtn Div and Garh Regt
• Conducted SSB seminar at Engr College Dwarahat , Pantnagar University , Kumoun University Almora
The officer has been awarded chiefs commendation and army cdrs commendation for distinguished service in his career .Since July 2017 he has helped 47 students to crack SSB of Army , Navy and Air force and many are in pipe line. The aim now is to cross 75 mark in 2022. Students stood 4th.20th.50th all India merit from this institution wished service .
