I'm a commerce graduate from GS College Nagpur and a diploma holder from NIIT. I have a total work experience of 16+ years in the IT Industry out of which 4 years have been in the BPO industry where I have played L1, L2 and L3 roles. I have also taken care of additional responsibilities of providing soft skills, voice and accent and process refresher training to the transition batches. The next 9 years have been in the software industry. During this tenure, I have taken care of multiples roles and responsibilities like Project Manager, Product manager, Scrum master, Requirement owner, QA, Implementation and UI designing. I have also provided communication (V&A) training to the members of development, pre-sales and implementation teams. Last 3+ years, I’ve been working as an Education Specialist and BI consultant associated with Nice Software Solutions having knowledge in BI tools like PowerBI Desktop and Service, MicroStrategy Desktop, Administration, Architect and Web. I’m currently also managing clients and a team of my own and assisting them to become ready for customer deliveries.
