Durvesh Desai

I am a Law Student at National Law University Nagpur who cleared CLAT as a topper. I have taught
and mentored students in the past as well, who have done well in the recent CLAT examinations. I have worked with law firms like Luthra & Luthra, Fox Mandal, and King Stubb & Kasiva in different teams such as Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, and Mergers & Acquisitions, which has made me well-versed with the practical aspects of law.
In law school, mooting is an important aspect, and I am someone who has also been part of international moot court teams, such as the International Maritime Arbitration Team representing India in the Maldives. I have also done pro bono work teaching tribal students in the Nagpur area through the Policy and Law Network.
I simplify concepts with real-life examples so that students can easily understand them. Law is not just about theory and big books; it is also about the practical things happening around us in our day-to-day lives. Once a student starts learning in that way, everything becomes much simpler, and that is the foundation of my teaching pedagogy.
Having me as your mentor will not only prepare you for CLAT from the very basic level but will also help you understand the future aspects of NLUs and law school.
