Psychology, for me, is a subject that goes beyond theory—it’s about understanding human behavior in real-life contexts. I teach students of Class 11, Class 12, and BA Psychology, and for the past 3 years, I have been actively involved in college-level teaching, helping students build clarity and confidence in the subject.

I have completed my M.Sc. in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. My academic journey has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of psychological concepts while staying updated with ongoing research and developments in the field.

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor, with 2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level. During this time, I have taught subjects such as Psychology, Soft Skills, and Business Communication, which has helped me develop a well-rounded and practical teaching approach.

In addition to teaching, I have also worked as an intern coordinator, where I trained and guided counsellors during their internship programs. This experience has strengthened my mentoring skills and given me insight into applying psychological concepts in real-world scenarios.

I have presented research papers at three national-level psychology conferences, which reflects my active involvement in academic research. I have also completed an NPTEL course and am currently pursuing additional courses in psychology and research to continuously enhance my knowledge and teaching effectiveness.

My teaching methodology is structured and focused on both syllabus completion and conceptual understanding. I conduct interactive classes where students are encouraged to participate, ask questions, and engage in discussions. I also emphasize a practical, application-based approach to make learning more meaningful.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use tools like PPTs and whiteboards to make sessions clear and engaging. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can understand concepts deeply, apply them effectively, and achieve consistent academic progress.
