As a seasoned Event Planner with over 7 years of practical experience, I have informally mentored and guided aspiring event professionals, interns, and junior team members during live event projects across Maharashtra. My teaching experience is rooted in real-world event management scenarios, where I have consistently led from the front, transforming planning sessions and on-ground execution into valuable learning opportunities.Throughout my freelance journey under “Momentous Events,” I’ve organized and executed 100+ events—each offering a chance to impart key skills such as budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, crisis management, and on-site supervision. During multi-day events and brand launches, I trained freshers and interns on how to manage guest flow, handle vendor communication, prepare event schedules, and respond effectively to real-time challenges.My teaching style emphasizes hands-on learning and scenario-based guidance. I also provide ready-to-use tools like event checklists and planning templates, which help learners apply professional practices with confidence. Many of my trainees have later assisted in major events or handled smaller ones independently.Though not in a formal academic setup, my real-time mentoring, leadership in dynamic environments, and contribution to skill-building make my teaching experience highly impactful and industry-relevant.
