I have been appointed as an Associate Teacher in Narayana School Kalyani Town.As a teacher, I had the opportunity to not only impart academic knowledge but also to support the personal and social development of my students. I developed lesson plans tailored to different learning styles, used interactive methods to keep students engaged, and assessed their progress regularly through tests and projects. Classroom management, communication with parents, and collaboration with colleagues were key aspects of my role. I also participated in extracurricular activities and school events, which helped build strong relationships with students outside the classroom. Overall, teaching in a school setting has strengthened my skills in leadership, adaptability, and empathy, while deepening my passion for education.
