Kawaljeet K. - 13+ Years of English Teaching Experience | Learn, Speak & Grow

I am an English tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience, specializing in Spoken English and English Grammar. I teach students through UrbanPro and also focus on English Grammar for Classes 10, 11, and 12. Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups and learning levels, helping them improve their understanding of English, communicate more confidently, and develop stronger language skills.

I have completed my Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Along with my academic qualification, my extensive teaching experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of English Grammar and effective ways of teaching the language. I believe that learning English becomes easier when students understand the rules and concepts clearly and get enough opportunities to apply them in practical situations.

My teaching experience of more than 13 years has been very rewarding. During this time, I have had the opportunity to understand the different challenges students face while learning English. Some students may have a good understanding of grammar but hesitate while speaking, while others may need more support with sentence formation, vocabulary, or the correct use of grammatical rules. I focus on identifying these individual needs and adapting my teaching accordingly.

For students in Classes 10, 11, and 12, I give particular importance to building a strong foundation in English Grammar. I help students understand grammatical concepts systematically and apply them correctly while solving exercises and preparing for examinations. I also encourage regular practice so that students gradually become more comfortable with the language and develop accuracy in both written and spoken communication.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-focused. I encourage students to participate actively during sessions, ask questions, and clarify their doubts without hesitation. For Spoken English, I focus on helping students become more comfortable using English in everyday conversations and different communication situations. For Grammar, I explain concepts step by step and use examples and practice exercises to help students understand how the rules work in actual sentences.

I conduct my classes online and use tools such as PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make sessions more engaging and easier to follow. I can use visual explanations, examples, interactive discussions, and practice activities depending on the topic and the student's requirements. I also pay attention to the student's progress and areas of difficulty so that future sessions can be adjusted to provide the right kind of support.

My goal as an English tutor is to help students develop accuracy, confidence, and effective communication skills. I want my students to feel comfortable using English rather than being afraid of making mistakes. With my years of teaching experience, I aim to provide patient, structured, and practical guidance that helps students strengthen their grammar, improve their spoken English, perform better academically, and communicate with greater confidence.
