My experience in school and college has been one of the most important phases of my life, shaping who I am today. School laid the foundation of my learning, discipline, and values. I still remember the morning assemblies, neatly dressed uniforms, and the excitement of participating in sports, cultural events, and annual functions. Teachers in school were more than just instructors—they were mentors who guided me, encouraged my curiosity, and helped me understand the importance of hard work and sincerity. Those classrooms became places of laughter, learning, and sometimes even tears. College, on the other hand, brought a new kind of freedom and responsibility. It was a place where I explored my interests in depth and made choices about my future. The academic environment was more challenging, yet more exciting. I had opportunities to join clubs, attend seminars, and take part in various inter-college events that helped me build confidence and communication skills. More importantly, college taught me life lessons—how to manage time, handle pressure, work in teams, and take initiative. I met people from different backgrounds, which broadened my thinking and helped me grow socially and emotionally. Both school and college gave me experiences that I’ll carry for life. They helped shape my identity, gave me valuable knowledge, and prepared me for the world beyond classrooms. I’m grateful for every moment spent during those years—whether it was success or struggle, each experience helped me become a better version of myself.

My journey as a teacher in school and college has been both rewarding and transformative. Teaching is not just a profession—it’s a deep responsibility and a lifelong learning process. From the very beginning, stepping into the classroom gave me a sense of purpose. The eager faces of students, their questions, and their energy made every day a new experience. In school, teaching young minds required patience, creativity, and nurturing. I focused not only on academics but also on values, discipline, and character building. The bond with students in school often felt like that of a second parent. Celebrating their little achievements, watching their personalities grow, and guiding them through challenges brought me immense joy and satisfaction. Moving into the college environment brought a different set of experiences. Here, the students were older and more independent, which allowed for deeper discussions, debates, and exploration of complex ideas. As a college teacher, I became more of a mentor and guide, helping students prepare for careers and real-world challenges. The exchange of ideas, learning from students’ perspectives, and being part of their personal and academic growth has been incredibly enriching. Throughout these years, I have learned that teaching is not just about giving lectures—it's about inspiring, listening, and growing together. Technology, changing curriculums, and student needs constantly evolve, and adapting to these changes has made me a lifelong learner myself. The most fulfilling part of this journey is when former students return or write to me, sharing their successes and acknowledging the role I played in their lives. These moments remind me that teaching is not just about books, but about touching lives. Being a teacher in school and college has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.
