I am an M.Sc. graduate in Food Science and Nutrition with specialization in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, having over 9 years of professional experience across sports nutrition, clinical nutrition, research and public health settings. Currently working as a High Performance Analyst-Nutrition with the Sports Authority of India, I have hands on experience in athlete centered nutrition planning, food quality monitoring, and performance optimization. My academic background, combined with practical exposure in hospitals, research institutes, and sports organizations, enables me to effectively bridge theory with real world application. I am passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence in the field of nutrition.
