I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a skilled and caring mental health
practitioner. Currently I am working as School Inclusive Facilitator, Sound Therapist, Special Educator and Counselor at
RenYou Reflections and Mental Health Well-being Services at Bangalore and moreover
pursuing my career as a freelancer at Find My Therapist, Mentalzon, Mantracare and
Trance Group. With further certifications as a School Child and Parent Counselor,
Psychological Counselor, and Certified Emotional Turbulence Coach from the National
Health Care Training Academy (NHCA), Singapore, I offer a solid background in
emotional wellness and counseling. In fact, I holds Memberships in The National
Association of Professional Social Workers In India(NASPWI) and American
Psychological Association (APA). My method is based on clarity, structure, and
empathy, assisting clients in overcoming emotional challenges with knowledge and
useful resources. I am skilled in applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches like
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Mindfulness-Based Relaxation, and Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to each client’s particular needs and circumstances. I have
special enthusiasm for helping kids, teens, and parents deal with behavioral problems,
stress, anxiety, emotional control, and school-related difficulties. My sessions provide a
safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for clients to express, process, and develop. My goal is to enable people and families to become more resilient, improve
emotional equilibrium, and live more meaningful, connected lives.
