I am an experienced educator with a strong passion for teaching young learners and helping them build a solid academic foundation. I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5, focusing on Tamil, Hindi, and English. Over the past 10 years of teaching experience, I have worked closely with children to improve their reading, writing, and communication skills in a structured and engaging manner.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have spent over 30 years working in various capacities in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) as a VRS optee. My long professional journey has helped me develop strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills, which I now effectively apply in my teaching practice. This diverse background allows me to bring discipline, clarity, and real-world experience into my classroom.

Along with my corporate experience, I have also worked as a trainer for insurance agents, where I was responsible for explaining concepts clearly and guiding adults through structured learning processes. This role strengthened my ability to simplify complex topics and adapt my teaching style based on the learner’s understanding and pace. It also helped me develop patience and clarity in communication.

In addition, I have served as a registered scribe for visually challenged students. This experience has been especially meaningful to me, as it taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of inclusive education. Working with diverse learners has helped me understand different learning needs and adapt my teaching methods accordingly to ensure every student receives proper support.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-friendly. I focus on building strong fundamentals in languages through reading practice, writing exercises, vocabulary building, and regular revision. Each lesson is carefully planned to ensure students understand concepts clearly and are able to apply them confidently in their studies and communication.

I believe that early education plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s future, and I strive to make learning enjoyable and effective for every student. My classes are designed to be engaging, supportive, and paced according to each child’s learning ability, ensuring steady progress and long-term retention of concepts.

I conduct both online and offline classes using PowerPoint presentations, whiteboard teaching, and interactive activities to make learning more effective. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their abilities, while steadily improving their academic performance.
