On the academic side, I'm a PhD candidate in Human Development at the University of Mysore my research focuses on behavioral science applied to real-world contexts. I hold a Master's degree with Gold Medal honors, along with specialist certifications including CPD-accredited Life Coaching and NIMHANS-certified counselling. This grounding in psychology and human development shapes how I approach training.

Professionally, I've designed and delivered emotional intelligence, communication, and personality development programs to 200+ participants across corporate teams, educational institutions, and community organizations. I've trained organizations like Pureweaves Textiles and worked with university faculties and NGOs. What I'm particularly proud of is my ability to translate behavioral science into practical, high-impact interventions—whether that's building competency-based curricula, delivering real-time adaptive training, or running one-on-one coaching with measurable outcomes.
